OHIO community invited to 2025 Teaching Recognition and Awards Ceremony on April 16

All 51ĀŅĀ× students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to the 2025 Teaching and Recognition Ceremony on Wednesday, April 16.

The event will begin with a reception at 6 p.m. in the Walter Hall Rotunda. The program will begin at 6:30 p.m.

The ceremony will honor faculty members who have received awards for teaching, research and other significant contributions to 51ĀŅĀ× in the last year.

The awards to be presented include:

  • Community Engaged Faculty Award
  • Mid-American Conference Outstanding Faculty Award for Student Success
  • Emerging Presidential Research Scholars Award
  • Presidential Research Scholars Awards
  • Rising Star Teacher Award
  • University Professor Award
  • Provostā€™s Award for Excellence in Teaching
  • Presidential Teacher Award

In addition, faculty development program leaders and participants will be recognized. All members of the University community are encouraged to attend to celebrate these faculty award recipients
