Greg Newton is the associate dean for graduate studies, research, and creative activity. Prior to joining the Deanās Office, he was a faculty member at the University of Oklahoma and in the School of Media Arts & Studies at 51ĀŅĀ× for 14 years, teaching and researching in the areas of media management and leadership, media law, and broadcast programming and promotion. In addition to scholarly pursuits, he has over a decade of radio experience as air talent, production director, and program director at several commercial and non-commercial stations in Illinois and Indiana and has worked as a freelance voice-over artist. He is a Past-President of the Broadcast Education Association; and serves as the faculty adviser for ACRN Media at 51ĀŅĀ× ().
