Marsha Lewis is the Senior Executive in Residence, and teaches in the MPA program. She also manages applied research projects related to education and public sector strategy development, as a senior data analyst for research and evaluation projects. Marsha helped develop the 51ĀŅĀ× Executive Leadership Institute and served as the Instituteā€™s managing director for five years. She holds a Ph.D. in educational research and evaluation with concentrations in statistical analysis and psychometrics. Marsha is one of 51ĀŅĀ×'s lead researchers in the .
