WellWorks at 51ĀŅĀ× has announced their summer 2023 operating hours and group fitness schedule. Clients and members are reminded of the various well-being offerings available year-round. 

51ĀŅĀ× WellWorks has announced two specialty programs in early 2023. With programming focused on both nutrition and movement, there are support mechanisms for a variety of wellbeing goals.

Employees and their families and friends are invited to drop in to the WellWorks facility (Grover Center E124) at any time during this FREE event. A schedule of activities will be released shortly and emailed to anyone who RSVPs.

In this program, participants will meet bi-weekly via Teams, where our Registered Dietitian, Louise Cruz RDN, LD,  will present on specific topics for approximately 20 minutes.

Reiki appointments are now available at WellWorks! Over time, Reiki can support the client's ability to manage stress and, in turn, heal their bodies.

WellWorks will begin offering Reiki through private appointments with Louise Cruz, Reiki Master, beginning Fall 2022.

In an effort to better serve 51ĀŅĀ× employees and WellWorks members, 51ĀŅĀ× WellWorks has announced a calendar of virtual check-in opportunities in its FY23 offerings.
