Retired WellWorks Director Kim Valentour, WellWorks dietitian Selena Baker, and Robin Blair ā local chef and foodie extraordinaire- have teamed up for a monthly fall food series on (WOUB AM 1340). The series started out with a delicious conversation of ā one Harvard nutrition scientistās challenge to chefs and fellow health-minded folk to build a better dessert. The tenants of the concept are that the combination of three food groups, namely, berries, nuts, and dark chocolate, is every bit as satisfying as their calorie-laden traditional counterparts, and, that they tout health benefits to boot!
