51ĀŅĀ× can provide both traditional style or suite style housing options for your conference participants. Our campus is able to host up to 6,000 guests in our residence halls. Conference Services can assist with the assignment process for all guests or provide your organization with floor plans and assignment spreadsheets prior to guestsā€™ arrival to manage the assignment process directly. Our staff will coordinate check-in/out and be available for assistance throughout the participantā€™s stay.

In addition to offering on-campus options, we have strong partnerships with several local hotels including Marriot and Hilton brands. Below is an outline of the local hotels if there are needs for VIP guests, speakers, and staff. Conference Services will work with the Athens County Convention and Visitorā€™s Bureau to secure hotel bids that offer the best pricing structure for your group.
