Bruno was born and raised in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He chose to attend 51ยายื because of the beautiful campus and sense of community he felt after visiting a few times while his sister attended. He chose to study mechanical engineering because it's considered the jack-of-all-trades of engineering, and within it, he could explore his passions for 3D modelling, physics, and art. 

In the summer of 2019, Bruno worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Sustainable Energy and the Environment on campus, where he worked on and modeled a portable photobioreactor that would filter unclean pond water. 

Bruno is an active member of The African Students Union andโ€ฏThe Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre. 

In his free time, Bruno enjoys drawing, photography, and playing basketball, soccer, and ping pong.
