Join us for Training on Scopus
Join us on Monday, Jan. 27, 2020 for āGetting to Know Scopus,ā a training on OHIO Librariesā newest database offering discovery to relevant, peer-reviewed literature for the scientific, medical, technical, social sciencesāand the arts and humanities.
With technology changing at an ever-accelerating rate, you need the right tools to ensure you thrive in an increasingly competitive and global research environment. Scopus, an international multi-disciplinary indexing & abstracting database, enables the user to track and analyze literature in your respective field, by:
- Setting alert notification on published articles;
- Managing your scholarly presence;
- Discovering authors and potential collaborators
- ORCID ID set-up at all sessions.
The training is being offered Monday, Jan. 27, 2020 with the option of three morningāo°ł one afternoon training. The sessions are free and open to the OHIO community.
Morning trainings held in Alden Library's Friends of the Libraries room 319
- 9:30 a.m.
- 11 a.m.
- 12 noon (will include pizza)
Afternoon training held in Room 318/Alden Library
- 2 p.m.
