Peter L. Goss Photograph Collection

Photos captured by alumnus Peter L. Goss (Ph.D. ā€˜73, Comparative Arts) while attending school at 51ĀŅĀ× from 1966-1970. Features images of student demonstrations, campus visitors, and performances. Off-campus subjects include Athens, Ohio street photos, local architecture, and community events.

Lynn Johnson Collection

Features the work of photojournalist and 51ĀŅĀ× alumna Lynn Johnson. Includes images from assignments published in LIFE, New York Times, Newsweek, Smithsonian, and Sports Illustrated, as well as Johnsonā€™s on-set and off-set photography with Fred Rogers of Mister Rogersā€™ Neighborhood.

Lloyd E. Moore Photograph Collection

Photos taken by Lloyd E. Moore (1931ā€“2010), a southeastern Ohio photographer and lawyer who lived in Ironton for more than thirty years before retiring to Athens. Includes images taken in Lawrence and Athens counties in Ohio, selections from his abstract and vernacular photography, and portraiture.
